🛌 A second spacious bedroom, accessible through the garage, with a double bed (140 x 190). 

🚿 A recent and cozy bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower. 

On the upper floor, you will find: 

🛋️ A large living area with a lounge corner, a smart TV, a dining table that can accommodate up to six people, and a patio ideal for enjoying an aperitif, savoring a coffee, or relaxing on a deckchair in complete privacy. 

🍽️ An open kitchen overlooking the dining room, fully equipped, perfect for preparing delicious family meals.
